Job Description
Seeking experienced Site Manager for residential project in West Cork. Management experience on residential projects and minimum 10 years site management experience required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site personnel and sub-contractors.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the programme.
- Attend contract review meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe workplace and working practices.
- Record daily activity logs and liaise with trade professionals.
- Manage site staff and direct them to designated work areas.
- Attend regular site meetings to update on progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years site management experience.
- Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
- Detailed knowledge of site procedures.
- Ability to manage and motivate clients, sub-contractors, and labour force.
- Strong client focus.
