Typical projects we have completed over the last three years are replacement of fire doors, Upgrade of rooms such as bathrooms, bedrooms , wards and catering facilities . Providing a management service to the client where we support specialist contractors employed by the client . For example if a new scanner was being installed. We would have to strip out part of a room to facilitate the removal of the existing scanner. coordinate any alterations to M&E Services, assist in getting the scanner into the room and then put the room back together again. Key capabilities would be: Ability to communicate by email & use of excel . would be a bonus. The following would be a bonus Experience of working in a hospital. Knowledge and experience of Fire Safety fire stopping etc Ability on CAD or Bluebeam I am open to a candidate that is from a trade background but as you will see from above the management role is of greater importance. My preference is for a full time role as I want the candidate to be committed to the role plus there is scope for career development within the company. Out of hours working is part and parcel of working in a hospital but the Manger does not need to be on site full time for the out of hours work if the planning and coordination is done adequately in advance. This Role is demanding in that the scale of each project is usually small but always involves significant planning, coordination and communication. Our working relationship with client and the subcontractors is very good so there is no arguments or disputes between the parties. Our aim is to maintain the good working relation ship and provide a good service to the client . The candidate will get all the support they need while bedding into the role but will be expected to run the projects independently after a period of time
