As a site manager you will be an integral part of a team, overseeing projects and contributing to the success of residential projects. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager in Cork. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential construction projects. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and quality benchmarks. Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring all activities comply with regulations and industry best practices. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards. Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, considering project specifications, timelines, and resource allocation. Proactively identify and address project issues, providing timely and effective solutions to keep the project on track. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Experience managing projects in residential sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Education and Experience: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager.
