Your new companyOur client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor in the Irish construction industry. They are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager on a large project in the Limerick region. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a major project offering long-term opportunities in the mid-west region. They provide an enjoyable, challenging and safe workplace with excellent opportunities for career progression. You will be working on a large construction project overseeing the internal finishes. Experience of working on large pharma / data centre / industrial projects would be an advantage.You will need:As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:Ensure the client’s expectations are met by delivering a quality product to the end user while fostering professional and amicable relations with design teams and client representatives.Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality and client service / ensuring that contracts are completed safely, per programme, on budget and snag free.Report progress accurately and in a timely fashion to your manager.Manage and coordinate subcontractors ensuring their work is completed to the required standard with little or no rework.Plan, co-ordinate, execute the works and deliver the project as per contract documents.Maintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and supply chain.Resource and schedule work in line with the project construction program.Work closely with the project QS advising on any upcoming issues.Must have experience in either a trade or technical background.Experience working with a top 20 main contractor.A track record of delivering multi-million projects that demands an exceptionally high quality of finish.Excellent organisation & time management skills are essential.Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation is needed.Stable employment history (permanent or long term contract).Experience drawing up reports in relation to progress and resolving any issues that may occur.What you'll get in return:Opportunity to work on a high profile project in Munster and join a top tier main contractor with an extensive list of projects.Excellent remuneration will be offered to the successful applicant.Salary plus package DOEPermanent position - Tier 1 main contractorWhat you need to do now:If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
