Job Description
High-end residential project Site Manager sought to oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client, and design team to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving.
- Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
