Seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site-based teams and deliver projects safely and within budget.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing site-based teams of company employees and subcontractors
- Delivering projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work
- Ensuring sub-contractor performance and minimizing variations
- Coordinating with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, and in-house functions
- Motivating and leading team members, identifying and managing underperformance
- Communicating and recording corporate, SHEQ, and business unit briefings
- Maintaining accurate records and good documentation practices
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification in construction management or a minimum of five years' experience in construction management
- A proven track record of delivering projects to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction
- Working knowledge of the Irish construction industry, regulations, and standards
