Site Manager Job In Dublin

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times on site.
2. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day site management of fast-paced fit-out projects.
3. Management of subcontractors on site to ensure they have all required to deliver their work and that their work is to a high level of quality craftsmanship.
4. Working in close partnership with the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standard.
5. Reading and understanding drawings and plans with an ability to convert into action and direction for other site-based staff and subcontractors.
6. Management of all site administration using our digital software (training provided).
7. Coordinate and order materials and equipment needed on site.
8. Manage the quality of workmanship.
9. Manage all other labour requirements on site.
10. Rapid close out of any snags towards the end of the project and before PC.
