Experienced Site Manager sought for RC Frame projects in Dublin, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
As a Site Manager with RC Frame experience, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site labour and specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality standards and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management, co-ordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
- Assisting the Project team to monitor progress and meet agreed programme targets.
- Ensuring works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
- Compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
- Working closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years Site Management experience.
- Previous conservation projects experience.
- Previous Main Contractor experience, ideally large-scale residential, commercial, mixed use development projects.
- RC Frame experience beneficial.
- Third level qualification or Trades background.
- Excellent knowledge of Trades.
- IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft software.
- Excellent delegation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others.
