Job Description
Seeking an experienced site manager to oversee fast-paced fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times on site.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor management and quality control.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
- Read and interpret drawings and plans, providing clear direction to site staff and subcontractors.
- Manage site administration, coordinate material ordering, and oversee labour requirements.
- Rapidly resolve snags and ensure quality workmanship throughout the project.
