Job Description
Experienced Site Manager required to lead construction teams on large-scale projects in Dublin.
The role involves managing employees, subcontractors, and materials to ensure safe and effective delivery of contract works. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site works to achieve optimum commercial results and ensuring contract costs are managed within budget and programme
- Ensuring all work is completed to an acceptable quality standard and in compliance with specification
- Implementing Quality Management System, including quality and environmental processes and procedures
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating with them to ensure successful project completion
- Leading and developing direct reports through regular performance reviews and personal development plans
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years construction Site Manager experience
- Experience of working on pharmaceutical projects essential
- Sound knowledge of current construction techniques, methods, and best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
