Site Manager for one of Ireland's leading property developers with high-end developments in the greater Dublin & Wicklow Area, with decades of experience constructing residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Delivering high quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks across Dublin both sides of the M50 including Dublin/Wicklow.

Responsibilities:

• As the Project Manager of their new multi-phase development over several years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
• Be responsible for all activities and sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.
• Work closely with the Project Director in a genuine market-leading company.
• Oversee a multi-phase & multi-year residential development delivering thousands of units over its lifespan.
