Join an award-winning Irish main contractor as a Site Manager on a large residential development project in North Dublin.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading your site team from conception to completion
Liaising with key stakeholders to report progress
Preparing site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff
Ensuring all SHEQ policies and procedures are adhered to
Requirements:
Extensive Construction Management experience with a building or main contractor
Experience working on industrial projects is preferable
Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft packages and industry-specific software
