Job Description
Experienced Site Manager sought for high-profile projects in Dublin. Lead site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure health & safety, quality, and client service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality products while maintaining professional relations with design teams and client representatives.
- Maintain highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service.
- Report progress accurately and in a timely manner to manager.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed to required standard.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute works to deliver project as per contract documents.
- Maintain excellent relationships with construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of construction industry and project execution.
- Computer literate with MS Office and project scheduling software experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Keen eye for finishes with proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure.
- Effective manager with ability to motivate and drive workforce.
- Commercially conscious individual with market and competitor awareness.
