Job Description
Fitout Site Manager required for leading fitout contractor in Dublin, managing office fitout projects with good finishing or fitout experience.
The Role:
- Set daily/weekly task list and meet weekly work deadlines with site team.
- Liaise with site team, project designers, and commercial project manager for efficient project completion.
- Monitor and lead trades on site, dealing with health and safety issues.
- Plan works to tie in with programme and drive labour force to work at maximum capacity.
- Attend relevant meetings and keep daily/weekly site records.
The Person:
- At least 5 years' experience managing finishing works on commercial fits.
- Previous hotel fitting experience beneficial.
- Previous experience with main contractor as qualified carpenter/joinery fitter.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Great eye for detail and ability to maintain tight schedules.
