Job Description
Summary: Join a high-performing project team as a Site Manager to oversee site operations on high-profile projects with blue-chip clients in a stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality products while fostering professional relations with design teams and client representatives.
- Maintain highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service.
- Report progress accurately and in a timely manner to your manager.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work is completed to the required standard.
- Plan and execute works to deliver the project as per contract documents.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain.
Requirements:
- Construction industry knowledge and project execution experience.
- Computer literacy and MS Office, project scheduling software experience.
- Desirable: Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Procore.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure.
- Effective manager with ability to motivate workforce.
- Commercially conscious individual with market and competitor awareness.
Salary Package: €75k - €80k, pension, life assurance, healthcare, car allowance or company vehicle.
