Fitout Site Manager Dublin Join a leading construction company specializing in high-quality fit-out projects. Our client are seeking a dedicated Fit Out Site Manager to oversee an 9 story office fitout in project in North Dublin. **Responsibilities: ** - Manage all on-site activities to ensure project completion within budget and schedule. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements. - Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety on-site. - Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to the project manager. - Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and regulations. - Manage project documentation and keep accurate records. **Requirements: ** - Proven experience as a Fit Out Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, construction methods, and materials. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents. - Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
