Site Manager (Apartments) An experienced General Foreman is needed for a reputable developer working on a high-end apartment project in South County Dublin. The project has an estimated duration of around 2 years. This developer is well-established and highly regarded in both the residential and industrial sectors. We are particularly interested in hearing from Site Managers with a background in residential projects, whether in Ireland or the UK. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in Site Management, preferably with a main contractor or developer Experience with apartment developments Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail Fluent English speaker and eligible to work in Ireland Groundworks and site development experience would be a plus Role: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and to a high standard of quality Take full ownership of project delivery from tender to completion and handover Assist in managing the project budget alongside the wider team, including quantity surveyors Prepare project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies Oversee the flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and partners Manage both direct and indirect site teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and to programme Salary: Competitive basic salary in the range of €75k-€80k Attractive benefits package Travel allowance or company van If youre a Site Manager considering a new opportunity, please feel free to send your CV or contact Declan Hasson on for a confidential conversation.
