Job Description Site Manager Project: 128 homes Value: €38m We are working very closely with a highly respected main contractor in Dublin to assist them with the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. Are you interested in career progression? Yes This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to progress into a Project Management position within the next 12 16 months. As a Site Manager, you will: Guide your site team from conception to completion Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed Key requirements: Extensive experience with a building or main contractor Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+ Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software. Whats in it for you?
