A well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a large residential project based in West Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers long-term, stable work with a reputable company involved in high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and direct staff. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with design specifications. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably on civil or residential projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction management, and health & safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Full drivers licence. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary in the range of €80,000 - €90,000. Long-term, stable work in West Dublin.
