Site Manager A well-established leading Main Contractor in Lucan, Dublin is seeking a Site Manager with over 3 years of experience in construction management. The ideal candidate will be working on a Residential Project brownfield site. Role: Site manager will collaborate closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities. Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch. Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times. Site manager will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director. Site Managers will have Brick work, RC Concrete Frame, Faade and Fitout experience. Requirements: Trades qualified or Construction Degree. 3+ years experience on Residential / Commercial Projects. Experience working on groundworks, concrete frame block/brick works.
