Site Manager - Sports & Leisure Our client, an exciting indoor sports and leisure centre in West Dublin, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Site Manager to join their leadership team. We are seeking candidates with a vibrant energy, excellent retail management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a lively, fun-filled environment. As Site Manager, you will lead a team to create an enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience for visitors of all ages. Salary: 45k - 48k DOE Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the centre Lead and inspire a team of 20+ employees Provide training on health & safety and customer service Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation on the floor Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and payroll Address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Organise events and parties, ensuring smooth execution Monitor customer traffic and sales performance to drive business growth Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days Required Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail Interest in fitness and leisure is advantageous Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Passion for delivering top-tier customer service Experience in a fast-paced environment Highly organised and detail-oriented If your interested in the above position please apply via the like below.
