Job Description Site Manager Project: Student Accommodation Location: Dublin We are assisting a leading main contractor in Dublin in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a well-established main contractor with large scale projects commencing throughout Ireland. As a Site Manager, you will: Guide your site team from conception to completion Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed Key requirements: Extensive experience with a building or main contractor Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+ Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software. Whats in it for you?
