Fit-Out Site Manager Our client with over 60 years of experience in fit-outs and currently hiring for an experienced Fit-outs Site manager ideally with a trade background for a 4-story government building fit-out in Dublin with a small amount of refurb work. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all on-site activities for fit-out projects in Dublin - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries - Ensure projects are executed according to plans, budgets, and timelines - Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality standards - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project goals Qualifications: - Proven experience as a site manager in fit-out or construction projects - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Daniel Devery at CSR on .
