Job Description Site Manager Project: Large Residential Development Location: North Dublin We are assisting a leading Irish main contractor in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm with various projects commencing nationwide. As a Site Manager, you will: Lead your site team from conception to completion Liaise with key stakeholders to report progress Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff Ensure all SHEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are adhered to Key requirements: Extensive Construction Management experience with a building or main contractor Experience working on industrial projects is preferable Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software. Whats in it for you?
