Our client, one of Ireland’s tier 1 contractors, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team to work on a residential project in Tuam, Co Galway.The role of the Site Manager would be to oversee the construction of our clients’ multi-unit residential project. This role would require travel to another residential site in Ennis, Co. Clare.Duties and responsibilities:Supervision of sites, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers.Management and delivery of the project programme & procurement needs in conjunction with the procurement and QS team.Ensuring the project is delivered as per the agreed scope.Maintenance of accurate documentation on site including full management of the H&S file.Ensuring that all H&S measures are in place to safely deliver any project and maintain the highest standards of H&S management.Managing the communication of the project through the necessary channels.Overall responsibility for managing quality on site and delivering the highest possible standards of quality for all projects.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally in the residential sector.A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar would be highly beneficial but not essential.
