Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a major construction project in Greater Dublin. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the project from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.Assist in the development, planning, and execution of the construction programme.Identify and allocate manpower resources effectively to match project demands.Oversee the performance and coordination of subcontractors and direct employees on-site.Engage in consultations with subcontractors to ensure adherence to the project programme.Ensure that all necessary resources and materials are readily available on-site.Requirements:Third Level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is preferred but not mandatory.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Management position with a main contracting firm.Strong planning, project management, organizational, and teamwork capabilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Proven ability to foster strong relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors.Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €59,437.32-€80,430.89 per yearWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
