Job Description
Site Manager (Fit Out) in Leixlip, Kildare leads fit-out operations for high-value projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing fit-out activities on-site and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Overseeing the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Preparing and maintaining site documentation and identifying issues or delays.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
Required qualifications and experience include:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations related to fit-out.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
