Highly skilled Site Manager required to oversee fit-out operations for major projects in Leixlip, Kildare, ensuring highest standards of quality and safety.
Our client is a leading construction firm seeking a Site Manager with a strong focus on fit-out projects, preferably in education and health care sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Oversee installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports and records.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fit-out process.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role, with a strong focus on fit-out projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-value fit-out projects, preferably in education and health care sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations related to fit-out.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
