Job Description
Site Manager for school fit-out project in Kildare, responsible for overseeing daily operations to deliver high-quality work safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality products to end users while fostering professional relations with design teams and client representatives.
- Maintain highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on budget, and snag free.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work meets required standards with minimal rework.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute works, delivering projects as per contract documents.
- Resource and schedule work in line with project construction program.
- Work closely with project QS advising on upcoming issues.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction industry and project execution.
- Be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and/or similar scheduling package.
- Experience working with Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Procore is desirable.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Have a keen eye for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Be a good manager able to motivate and drive the workforce.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and market/competitor knowledge.
