Job Description
Manage school fit-out project in Kildare, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining health and safety standards, and coordinating subcontractors. Requirements include strong fit-out background, in-depth knowledge of construction industry, and ability to develop client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality product to end user while fostering relations with design teams and client representatives.
* Maintain highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors to required standard.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute works as per contract documents.
* Schedule work in line with project construction program.
Key Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of construction industry and project execution.
* Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Project, or scheduling package.
* Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Procore is desirable.
* Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
* Keen eye for finishes and proven track record of delivering projects on time.
* Good manager with ability to motivate and drive workforce.
* Commercially conscious individual with market and competitor awareness.
