We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a major construction project in Greater Dublin.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the project from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the development, planning, and execution of the construction programme.
- Identify and allocate manpower resources effectively to match project demands.
- Oversee the performance and coordination of subcontractors and direct employees on-site.
- Engage in consultations with subcontractors to ensure adherence to the project programme.
- Ensure that all necessary resources and materials are readily available on-site.
Requirements:
- Third Level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Management position with a main contracting firm.
- Strong planning, project management, organizational, and teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors.
- Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €59,437.32-€80,430.89 per year
