Site Manager Role: Oversee construction activities on large-scale healthcare projects in Kilkenny. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing site operations, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high quality standards. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management software is required. Key qualifications include a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, and proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
    Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules.
    Monitor and control project costs to stay within the budget.
    Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
    Liaise with architects, engineers, and technical consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
    Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    Manage site staff, ensuring they are adequately resourced and working efficiently.
    Maintain accurate records of site activities.
    Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or disputes quickly and effectively.
  • Key Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare construction projects.
    Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management software.
    Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
