Highly experienced Site Manager sought for multi-phase residential development in Dublin and Wicklow, delivering high-quality housing and apartment blocks.
As the Project Manager of a new multi-phase development, you will be responsible for the construction and management of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for construction and management of the site
- Delivering high-quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks
- Managing all activities and subcontract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality
The initial phase of the development will consist of 300 units, with further developments planned over several years.
