Job Description
Experienced Site Manager required for a leading main contractor with decades of experience constructing high spec housing, apartments, schools, and other social infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage several sub-contractors to motivate and oversee
- Deliver residential projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects
- Be responsible for all activities and sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality
About the Role:
- Reporting to visiting Project Manager and utilizing a 'roving' Setting Out Engineer
- Full responsibility for construction and management of sites
- Experience of RC and timber frame an advantage with 2 floors over basement
