Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to work on two exciting large-scale residential developments in Wexford? The second project, scheduled to start soon, will include over 300 units of houses, duplexes, and an apartment block.You'll play a pivotal role in delivering these developments to the highest standard, while reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. As a member of this team, you’ll enjoy professional growth opportunities, career progression, and a supportive work environment that prioritizes work-life balance, innovation, and personal development.Site Manager Skills:You have 7+ years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.You have worked on large projects, preferably industrial style builds.You have a qualification in a construction related field or a strong trades background.As Site Manager, responsibilities will include:Managing subcontractors, construction team, and suppliers.Reporting to the Project Manager.Ensuring compliance with building regulations.Meeting agreed programme targets.Managing health and safety on site.Excellent knowledge of trades and background.The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €75,000 + vehicle, pension, and healthcare.
