Job Description
Experienced Site Manager required for a leading main contractor in Wexford, Leinster, with a salary of approximately €75,000, car, bonus, and benefits.
Manage and motivate sub-contractors on high-spec housing, apartments, schools, and social infrastructure projects in the Wexford & South Eastern Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate sub-contractors on residential projects.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects.
- Manage all activities and sub-contract packages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman.
- Experience of residential projects, including RC and timber frame construction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Location:
- Wexford, Wicklow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Carlow, and Waterford.
