Situation: Top contractor seeks experienced Site Manager for large residential project in Portlaoise.
About the Project: This timber frame construction project involves the development of 200 units, requiring a 5-year commitment.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, coordinating and monitoring the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
Collaborate with the Project team to ensure progress meets programme targets.
Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Foster positive relationships with supply chain and subcontractors, promoting a positive culture on site.
Requirements:
Proven experience in site management on timber frame residential projects in Ireland or the UK.
Demonstrated ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
Previous experience working for a main contractor.
Professional background, preferably from a trades background.
Eligibility to work in the EU.
