Site Manager sought for high-end property development in Midlands Area, delivering A-rated housing and apartment blocks across Laois, Kildare & Carlow.
As Site Manager, you will oversee construction and management of a multi-phase development, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for construction and management of the site
- Delivering high quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks
- Managing all activities and sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality
The initial phase of the development consists of 80 units, with further developments planned on the same site over several years.
