Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction works
- Manage personnel, including direct staff and subcontractors
- Ensure productivity levels meet programme requirements
- Maintain company and Health & Safety policies
- Supervise works, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or similar
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
- Effective site programme management and strong interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
