Seeking experienced Site Manager for high-end residential and commercial developments in Limerick and Munster Area, with a focus on delivering safe and efficient projects.

As a Site Manager for one of Ireland's leading main contractors, you will oversee the construction and management of a multi-phase development, ensuring a high-quality delivery of the project.
- Full responsibility for construction and management of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
- Responsible for all activities and sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.
- Initial phase of 30 units with further developments across Limerick and Cork.
Requirements:
- Previous experience on similar projects.
