Role overview Coordination and supervision of the construction of a new community care building for the HSE in Limerick Oversee project and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are kept in line with programme. Ensure that company and Health & Safety policies are adhered to on site Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in kept within budget. Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements. Manage quality of all work being carried out on site. Foundations for success A Degree in Construction Management or similar 5+ years experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor, commercial preferably. Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, a charismatic demeanour allowing you to get the most out of your trades on site. Proven problem solving skills, the ability to think on your feet and get things done Want to know more?
