Job Summary: Experienced Site Manager sought for a new project in North Dublin, requiring 3+ years of experience in civils projects and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality.
Our client, a leading building and civils contractor, is looking for a skilled Site Manager with civils experience to lead the development of a groundbreaking project in North Dublin. As a key member of the project development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the project, ensuring that all health and safety measures are in place, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of sites, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Management and delivery of the project Programme & Procurement needs in conjunction with the Procurement and QS team.
- Ensuring the project is delivered as per the agreed scope.
- Maintenance of accurate documentation on site, including full management of the H&S file.
- Ensuring that all H&S measures are in place to safely deliver any project and maintain the highest standards of H&S management.
- Managing the communication of the project through the necessary channels.
- Overall responsibility for managing quality on site and delivering the highest possible standards of quality for all projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager on civils projects.
- 6+ years of experience working on civils projects.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure the projects are achieving the quality needed.
- Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including programme management, procurement delivery, and quality control.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and industry-specific software.
