Job Description – Site Manager Location: Dublin Project: RC Frame High-End Apartments Value: €50m We are assisting a leading main contractor in Dublin in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a brand-new project with an expected 2 years pipeline of works. As a Site Manager, you will: * Guide your site team from conception to completion * Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress * Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff * Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed Key requirements: * Extensive experience with a building or main contractor * Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+ * Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
