Job Description – Site Manager (Accommodation provided) Location: Dublin Project: Food processing factory Value: €13m We are assisting a leading NI main contractor in Dublin in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a brand-new project with an expected 2 years pipeline of works. As a Site Manager, you will: * Lead your site team from conception to completion * Liaise with key stakeholders to report progress * Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff * Ensure all SHEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are adhered to Key requirements: * Extensive Construction Management experience with a building or main contractor * Experience working on industrial projects is preferable * Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
