Job Description – Site Manager Location: Dublin Project: 128 homes Value: €38m We are working very closely with a highly respected main contractor in Dublin to assist them with the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. Are you interested in career progression? Yes – This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to progress into a Project Management position within the next 12 – 16 months. As a Site Manager, you will: * Guide your site team from conception to completion * Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress * Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff * Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed Key requirements: * Extensive experience with a building or main contractor * Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+ * Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
