Our Client is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term position with one of Irelands leading housing developers. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site activities for a residential development in Laois, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades and subcontractors. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management. Maintain project schedules and manage resources efficiently. Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and health & safety standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A construction-related qualification is advantageous. Benefits: Salary circa 75k - 85k. Company vehicle and fuel card Long-term work in the Laois area with a reputable developer.
