Job Description
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee large-scale Healthcare projects in Cork and Waterford, utilizing their expertise in site management, sub-contractor supervision, and resource coordination to meet project targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing groundworks, piling, concrete foundations, precast concrete frame installation, rainscreen cladding, roofing, and external doors/windows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Supervise and oversee groundworks, piling, concrete foundations, and precast concrete frame installation
- Coordinate with sub-contractors for rainscreen cladding, roofing, and external doors/windows installation
- Manage resources and personnel to meet project targets and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
