Site Manager/ General Foreperson (Construction) Enniscorthy, Wexford Residential Project Main Residential Developer/Contractor Optimize Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager or General Foreperson for a residential project based in Enniscorthy, Wexford. This project involves the construction of 90 houses and is managed by a well-established Residential Developer/Contractor. The role is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €70,000 or higher, plus package, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to maintain site safety and regulatory compliance. Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Coordinate with the site team to ensure smooth execution of all phases of construction. Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and operations as needed to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and suppliers. Lead by example, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the Construction industry, with a strong background in residential projects in the Irish Industry. Proven ability to manage and deliver projects successfully. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience working with a Main Residential Developer/Contractor is highly desirable.
