Site Manager | Dublin (South) & Wicklowc.€85-95k++, Car, Bonus, Pension & BenefitsSite Manager for one of Ireland's leading property developers with high-end developments in the greater Dublin & Wicklow Area, with decades of experience constructing residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Delivering high quality, A-rated housing and apartment blocks across Dublin both sides of the M50 including Dublin/Wicklow.Responsibilities:As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over several years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.Ideally, the Site Manager will have previous experience on similar projects, being responsible for all activities / sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.
