The Client: My Client are an established c.€220m turnover Main Contracting Construction Group Developer with numerous projects in Leinster, Munster and UK They have decades of experience in building residential, commercial and industrial structures and have been recently awared 2no. Contracts for a hotel and a sports stadium in the Dublin region. Due to this, we looking for someone with previous Site Management or Site Supervisory experience for multi-storey, R-C Framed structures or Stadium/Industrial builds. As this is an established, close-knit team, we're also looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and who takes pride in what they do. As this position has supervisory responsibilities, we are also looking for someone has the ability to develop people and processes and who possesses excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities will include: Review daily requirements including: labour, ordering of materials, expected daily targets. Generate and maintain a procurement schedule for all contracts. Identify and issue RFIs to design team. Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site. Directing of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained. Perform company compliance and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations. Requirements: 3+ years experience in similar position (this can include Foreman/Finishing Foreman/Site Supervisor). Third level qualification in construction management or hold trade certificates. Previous experience of commercial/residential build projects. Have the ability to lead personnel, use initiative and be self-motivated. Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards and having the strength of character to maintain them. Ability to work well under pressure and perform to specified deadlines.
